Fishbone Restaurant

Open daily for lunch, the restaurant offers relaxed Japanese inspired dining and a modern, friendly dining experience. Take a seat on the terrace and enjoy a glass of Fishbone wine accompanied by an array of unique dishes. If you can’t stop by for long, sushi-to-go and chilled wine is also available for take-away. Bookings are recommended, particularly on weekends.

Easy 5 stars with this place. Beautiful food, friendly service. The food is high quality and there is a good attention to detail. The portion sizes are enough to leave you satisfied or full. Will absolutely come back. The double salmon roll is worth ordering and the sashimi is super fresh. Seaweed salad is perfect to eat between bites. The macarons are also delicious and the miso caramel one is a 10/10

Our family visited Fishbone two days ago. It came up on one of the top 10 restaurants in Margaret River we decided to give it a try. We had beef tataki, salmon sashimi， eggplant salad and 3 different sushi rolls. They were all very tasty and portions were very generous. Highly recommended. Service was very prompt and friendly too.

We had lunch this afternoon and the food was good! Delish is the word! Generous portions and it is recommended that you share it. We paired our food with sake and needless to say, it was good. Service was good too. We had beef tataki, salmon rolls, spider rolls and chicken teriyaki rolls and egg plant salad. Compliments to the chef!

We had lunch here today and it was spectacular. Every dish was delicious, designed to share & very generous in portions. Highly recommend & will be back!
