The kitchen at Merchant & Maker produces a large range of in-house specialties. Every morning there is freshly baked organic breads, with a selection of specialty Danish rye bread and sourdoughs on the weekends. A delicious pastry section of house-made cakes, banana bread, danishes and cinnamon scrolls.
The cabinet is always filled with homemade food freshly made each morning. With a wide range of vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and refined sugar-free options, fresh sandwiches, toasties, wraps, salads and more.
Merchant & Maker also offers gift hampers & catering for conferences, weddings and events of all different sizes.

I had a fantastic experience at this cafe! The cabinet food is absolutely amazing—so many delicious options to choose from, all fresh and full of flavor. The coffee is top-notch, and even though the place was buzzing with customers, the service was quick, friendly, and efficient. You can really tell they know how to handle a busy crowd, which is always a good sign.
On top of that, the cafe has a lovely selection of retail items available, making it the perfect spot for both a great meal and a little shopping. The whole business model is really well thought out and creates such a welcoming, enjoyable vibe. Definitely a place I'll be back to when in the area next.

Cool place for breakfast. Long queues on Sunday but the service crew clears them out fast.
Busy ambience yet welcoming, polite and friendly.

Great bread, innovative and delicious sandwiches, a small but interesting variety of morning pastries. Good place for breakfast or lunch - can eat there or take away.

Vegan and gluten free options, great variety of gifts and pre-made sandwiches and salads great to grab if you’re on the road. The gluten free donut was a bit exxy but all the other deserts were well priced!
