Island Brook is a beautiful family-owned property that produces wines that truly capture the essence of the Margaret River wine region. The first cellar door on Bussell Highway is only 15 minutes from Vasse and offers an intimate tasting experience of estate grown Semillon, Verdelho, Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Look out for the iconic old red truck at the turnoff to the cellar door and chalets.

Our 100-acre property boasts an expansive jarrah forest and is home to the near-rare marsupial, the phascogale.

I recently stayed at Island Brooke Estate and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The location is perfect—close to everything you want to explore. The accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing stay. The owners were incredibly welcoming and lovely, making our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the best of Margaret River!

My partner booked a 2-night stay for us here and it was lovely, great views of the natural bushland through the windows and the place itself is located quite close to popular destinations such as Vasse, Margaret River and Cowaramup. The staff and owners were all wonderful and very friendly; helpful and generous and happy to answer any questions.
There are also two adorable dogs who can be seen during the day who are super friendly and love to hang out with visitors! Was great staying here and definitely recommend it to those wanting a quiet, peaceful vacation with natural surrounds and 10-20 minute drives to popular locations. Didn’t get a chance to thank the owners and staff for their hospitality before leaving as we checked out before midday but thank you very much! :)

A fantastic vineyard sitting in a beautiful, tranquil forest. The host Jill and Paul are super nice and friendly. We enjoy the wine tasting, roaming around the vineyard and the quality stay at the beautiful chalet. Highly recommended!

What a dreamy getaway! Island Brook was the peaceful retreat we needed. Our chalet was private, clean, and perfectly appointed. Great location for everything we wanted to do - vineyard hopping, downtown Margaret River, and even made a trip to Cape Leeuwin and Mammoth Cave. Wine tasting with Jill was icing on the cake and their SSB is my new favorite. Would absolutely stay here again.
